A Cluster is a group of Pages inside a Library, similar to a folder. Use Clusters to organize related Pages together.
Who can use this feature?
- Available on: Free Trial and all paid plans
- Can create and edit Clusters: Editors, Admins, and the Owner
- Access note: If Workspace Roles are used, they can limit which Libraries a member can access.
How it works
Clusters sit inside a Library. Each Cluster can contain one or more Pages. Pages inside a Cluster can be moved, renamed, or removed at any time.
A Library can have multiple Clusters. Pages can also exist in a Library outside of any Cluster.
When to use it
Use Clusters when a Library contains many Pages and you want to group them by topic or workflow. For example:
- A Stylist Operations Library could have Clusters for Onboarding, Color Services, and Station Rental.
- An HR Library could have Clusters for Onboarding, Policies, and Benefits.
What you need to know
- Editors, Admins, and the Owner can create, rename, and delete Clusters. Readers cannot.
- Deleting a Cluster does not delete the Pages inside it. The Pages remain in the Library.
- Clusters are specific to the Library they are in. You cannot move a Cluster to another Library.
