Create a Test

Build a Test to check that staff understand the content in a Knowledge Base Page, then publish it.

Create a Test manually

1. In the left navigation, click Tests.
2. Click Create Test.
3. Enter a name for the test.
4. Optionally add a description.
5. Set the pass percentage (e.g. 80%).
6. Click Save.

The test opens in edit mode — add questions next.

Generate a Test with AI

1. Click Tests → Generate with AI.
2. Select the Knowledge Base Page to base the test on.
3. Set the number of questions and pass percentage.
4. Click Generate.

Review and edit each question before publishing.

Add questions

1. Open the test in edit mode.
2. Click Add question.
3. Select the type: Multiple choice or Fill in the blank.
4. Type the question text.
5. For multiple choice: add answer options, then tick the correct answer.
6. Repeat for each question.

Publish a Test

A test must be published before staff can take it. Draft tests are only visible to Admins.

1. Open the test.
2. Review all questions and settings.
3. Click Publish.
