Acknowledgments overview

Acknowledgments let you require staff to confirm they have read a Page. Use them to ensure your team stays up to date on policies, procedures, and important updates.

What acknowledgments do

When you require acknowledgment on a Page:

  1. Each staff member who has access to that Page sees a prompt asking them to confirm they have read it.
  2. Staff click Mark as read to confirm.
  3. Admins can see a full table showing who has confirmed and who hasn't for each Page.

When to use acknowledgments

  • Safety and compliance policies — Health & Safety guidelines, Code of Conduct, data protection policies
  • Operational procedures — POS and cash handling rules, opening and closing checklists
  • Onboarding content — Employee handbooks staff must confirm before starting
  • Important updates — When a procedure changes and you need to know everyone has seen the new version

How confirmation tracking works

The Acknowledgments overview shows a grid:

  • Rows — Pages that have acknowledgment required
  • Columns — Staff members
  • Green tick — Member has confirmed
  • Empty cell — Member has not yet confirmed
