See how each staff member performed on a Test — scores, pass/fail status, and individual answers.
Open a Test's results
- Click Tests in the left navigation.
- Click the test whose results you want to see.
- Switch to the Results or Responses tab at the top.
Results Overview tab
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Staff member | Name of the member who took the test |
| Score | Percentage score on their most recent attempt |
| Pass / Fail | Whether they met the pass percentage |
| Date | When they last took the test |
| Attempts | Number of times they have taken the test |
Members who have not yet taken the test appear with an empty row.
Responses tab
Click a staff member's row to expand their response — you see each question with the answer they gave and whether it was correct.
Use this view to identify questions staff are consistently getting wrong — it may indicate a training gap or an unclear question.
