The Knowledge Base is the main place in Logycore where your company stores operational knowledge — instructions, policies, procedures, and anything else staff need to do their work.
How it works
The Knowledge Base is organized in three levels:
- Libraries are the top-level content areas. Each Library holds related Pages and Clusters.
- Clusters are groups of Pages inside a Library, similar to folders.
- Pages are individual documents where you write and store content.
When to use it
Use the Knowledge Base to store content that staff need to access, read, or follow during work. Common examples include:
- Onboarding materials and training documents
- Operating procedures and safety guidelines
- Company policies and staff handbooks
- Step-by-step instructions for daily tasks
What you need to know
- Any Workspace Member can view Pages in the Knowledge Base, unless a Workspace Role limits their access.
- Editors, Admins, and the Owner can create and edit Pages. Readers cannot.
- If Workspace Roles are used, they can limit which Libraries a member can access.
- Admins and the Owner can always see all Libraries, regardless of Workspace Roles.
Note If no Workspace Roles are configured, Workspace Members can access all Libraries in that Workspace.
