A Page is a document inside the Knowledge Base. Use Pages to write and store content that staff need to access during work.
Who can use this feature?
- Available on: Free Trial and all paid plans
- Can create and edit Pages: Editors, Admins, and the Owner
- Access note: If Workspace Roles are used, they can limit which Libraries a member can access.
How it works
Pages live inside Libraries. You can also group related Pages together using Clusters.
You write and format Pages using the Page editor. The editor supports text formatting, links, images, files, and embedded media such as videos.
When to use it
Use Pages for any content staff need to read, follow, or reference. Common examples include:
- Step-by-step operating procedures
- Company policies and rules
- Onboarding and training documents
- Safety instructions and guidelines
What you need to know
- Editors, Admins, and the Owner can create and edit Pages. Readers can only view them.
- You can require all Workspace Members to acknowledge that they have read a Page.
- You can create a Test from a Page to check staff knowledge.
- Pages appear in Search results for members who have access to the Library they are in.
