Use Search to find Pages in the Knowledge Base quickly.
Who can use this feature?
- Available on: Free Trial and all paid plans
- Can use it: All Workspace Members
- Access note: Search results respect Workspace Roles — a member sees only Pages in Libraries they can access.
Search for a Page
- Open the Knowledge Base.
- Click Search.
- Enter the title or keywords you are looking for.
- Select the Page from the results.
What you need to know
Search shows only the Pages you have access to. If a Library is restricted by a Workspace Role, Pages in that Library do not appear in your search results.
Note Admins and the Owner can see all Pages in Search, regardless of Workspace Roles.
If you cannot find a Page
- Check that you are searching in the correct Workspace.
- Make sure the Page title contains the keywords you are searching for.
- If you think the Page exists but is not appearing, your Workspace Role may not include access to the Library it is in. Ask an Admin or the Owner to check your access.
